Plans and pricing
Compare Starter, Growth, and Scale, including monthly inclusions, overage rates, and the limits each plan carries.
Overview
TaskJuice ships three plans: Starter at $99 per month, Growth at $249 per month, and Scale at $499 per month. Each plan bundles a fixed amount of compute, storage, traffic, and form capacity, and any usage above that runs as post-paid overage on your next invoice. The tables below list the exact inclusions, the per-unit overage rates, and the hard limits that apply on each plan.
This page is the headline-rate reference. For how overage is charged, when caps trigger, and how to recover from a frozen workspace, see Billing limits.
Plan summary
| Plan | Monthly price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 | Solo consultants running 1 workspace |
| Growth | $249 | Small agencies with up to 5 client workspaces |
| Scale | $499 | Established agencies with up to 25 client workspaces |
Every plan includes unlimited team members on the workspace, the visual workflow editor, the integrations catalog, and bring-your-own-key support for LLMs and integrations. The differences are capacity, not features.
Compute
Compute time is the time your workflows spend executing, counted in milliseconds and billed by the hour at period end.
| Plan | Included compute hours | Overage rate |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 hours | $1.50 / hour |
| Growth | 20 hours | $1.00 / hour |
| Scale | 100 hours | $0.75 / hour |
Files storage
Files storage covers large payloads, file uploads, and workflow artifacts your runs produce.
| Plan | Included files storage | Overage rate | Hard cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 GB | $0.15 / GB | 50 GB |
| Growth | 25 GB | $0.12 / GB | 250 GB |
| Scale | 100 GB | $0.10 / GB | 1,000 GB |
Files storage uses a soft throttle at 200% of the included amount. Reaching the hard cap is rare; if you trend toward it, the in-app usage dashboard at /<workspaceSlug>/billing/usage warns you in advance.
State storage
State storage covers workflow state, run history, agent memory, and evaluation traces. The numbers are smaller because this data is hotter and more expensive to keep online.
| Plan | Included state storage | Overage rate | Freeze threshold |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 0.5 GB | $0.80 / GB | 0.55 GB |
| Growth | 5 GB | $0.70 / GB | 5.5 GB |
| Scale | 25 GB | $0.60 / GB | 27.5 GB |
When your state storage hits the freeze threshold (110% of included), new writes to workflow state, run history, agent memory, evaluation traces, and form submissions return an error until you prune or upgrade. Reads are never frozen, so your dashboards and exports keep working. Recovery is covered in Billing limits.
Custom-domain traffic
Custom-domain traffic is data served from your custom-branded URLs (hosted forms, embedded portals, anything you've pointed a tenant domain at).
| Plan | Included traffic | Overage rate | Hard cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 GB | $0.20 / GB | 50 GB |
| Growth | 50 GB | $0.15 / GB | 500 GB |
| Scale | 250 GB | $0.10 / GB | 2,500 GB |
If a client embeds a form and it goes viral, the soft throttle at 200% of included gives you time to upgrade before the cached error page kicks in at the hard cap.
Forms
Forms have two limits: how many you can publish at once, and how many submissions you can accept per month.
| Plan | Forms published (hard cap) | Included submissions | Overage rate | Submission hard cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | 500 | $0.01 each | 1,000 |
| Growth | 5 | 5,000 | $0.005 each | 10,000 |
| Scale | 25 | 50,000 | $0.003 each | 100,000 |
Forms published is a hard cap with no overage. If you need a sixth published form on Growth, archive one or move to Scale. Submissions overflow into overage up to 2x the included amount, then the form ingress returns a 429 with a Retry-After header until the next period or an upgrade.
Workspaces
Workspaces let an agency run separate workspaces per client, each with its own connections, workflows, and access controls.
| Plan | Workspaces per account |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Growth | 5 |
| Scale | 25 |
The cap is per account, not per user. Adding workspaces is how an agency grows its book of clients on TaskJuice; the next plan is the move when you sign your second, sixth, or twenty-sixth.
Founding-member discount
The first cohort of paid accounts gets 50% off the monthly base price for the lifetime of the subscription. The discount applies to the base price only ($99, $249, or $499), not to overage or to forms-submission overage. An agency on Scale with the discount pays $249.50 base plus whatever overage accrued, billed at the standard overage rates.
The discount is locked to the plan you sign up on. Upgrading or downgrading preserves the 50% off the new base, as long as the subscription stays continuous.
Where each plan lands
- Starter suits a solo consultant running one workspace under their own brand. 3 compute hours covers steady automation on a handful of workflows; 500 form submissions is enough for an inbound lead form and a couple of internal triggers.
- Growth is the agency entry point. 20 compute hours is enough headroom for 5 client workspaces running typical retainer automations, and 5 GB of state storage handles months of run history at agency scale.
- Scale is for established agencies. 100 compute hours, 25 GB of state storage, 250 GB of custom-domain traffic, and 25 workspaces gives most agencies the ceiling they need without bumping into limits during a busy period.
If you outgrow Scale, contact support before you hit the caps; we'd rather talk than have you watch a freeze land.
