Plans and pricing

Overview

TaskJuice ships a free plan and four paid plans: Free at $0, Solo at $19 per month, Starter at $99, Growth at $249, and Scale at $499. Each paid plan bundles a fixed amount of compute, storage, traffic, and form capacity, and any usage above that runs as post-paid overage on your next invoice. Free has no card and no overage: when its included compute hour is used up, runs pause until the next month. The tables below list the exact inclusions, the per-unit overage rates, and the hard limits that apply on each plan.

Plan summary

Every plan includes the visual workflow editor, the integrations catalog, and bring-your-own-key support for LLMs and integrations. Seats are unlimited from Starter up; workspaces are capped per account on every plan below Scale.

White-label branding starts on Starter — Free and Solo are excluded. Growth adds a custom domain and the client portal; Scale adds white-label emails and client billing.

Yearly billing is a 20% discount on paid plans, charged annually: Solo $182.40/yr ($15.20/mo equivalent), Starter $948, Growth $2,388, Scale $4,788. Free is $0 on either interval.

Included AI

Every plan includes a monthly amount of AI model spend that TaskJuice pays for. AI steps with no key of your own attached and Draft with AI share it, so you can build and run AI workflows before you add an OpenAI or Anthropic key.

The allowance is per account, resets on the 1st of each month (UTC), and does not roll over. It is a hard cap with no overage: when it is used up, AI steps without a key of your own stop with a clear message until the 1st, and nothing is billed beyond it. Included AI pauses while a subscription is past due or canceled. An AI step with your own key attached always runs on that key and never draws on Included AI. See Included AI for how to track it.

Compute

Compute time is the time your workflows spend executing, counted in milliseconds and billed by the hour at period end.

Files storage

Files storage covers large payloads, file uploads, and workflow artifacts your runs produce.

Files storage uses a soft throttle at 200% of the included amount. Reaching the hard cap is rare; to see how close you are, check the File storage card on the usage dashboard at /settings/billing/usage.

State storage

State storage is the table rows and agent memory your account keeps. It's a running total that carries over from one billing period to the next, and overage is billed on the most you kept at any point in the period. Run history, agent conversation history, quality-check results and table rows set to expire on a date don't count. The numbers are smaller because this data is hotter and more expensive to keep online.

Outbound bandwidth

Outbound bandwidth is the data your workspace sends out: the request bodies your workflows deliver to external services (file attachments included) plus the files you and your team download from TaskJuice.

Usage between the included amount and the hard cap simply bills at the overage rate. At the hard cap, new workflow runs and file downloads pause until the next billing period or a plan upgrade, and pages served from your custom-branded domains pause alongside them. Traffic on those custom-branded pages is protected by the same cap but does not count toward the meter today. Forms

Forms have two limits: how many you can publish at once, and how many submissions you can accept per month.

Forms published is a hard cap with no overage. If you need a thirty-first published form on Growth, archive one or move to Scale. Submissions overflow into overage up to 2x the included amount, then the form ingress returns a 429 with a Retry-After header until the next period or an upgrade.

Workspaces

Workspaces let an agency run separate workspaces per client, each with its own connections, workflows, and access controls.

The cap is per account, not per user. Adding workspaces is how an agency grows its book of clients on TaskJuice; the next plan is the move when you sign your second, fourth, or eleventh.

Where each plan lands

• Free is for trying TaskJuice on your own work: 1 workspace, 1 seat, 3 active workflows, 1 compute hour a month, one polling trigger at a 60-minute floor, 3-day retention, and no card. Hosted forms carry a "Powered by TaskJuice · Report abuse" footer. After 30 days without a sign-in or a run, polling pauses (it resumes the moment you sign in); after 180 days the account is suspended and its data follows the normal retention timeline.
• Solo suits one operator automating their own work, unbranded. 3 compute hours covers steady automation on a few workflows; 1 workspace, 1 seat, and a 15-minute polling floor keep it deliberately small.
• Starter is where white-label begins: your logo, colours, and subdomain, 3 workspaces and unlimited seats. 20 compute hours covers a freelancer's client work.
• Growth is the agency entry point. 60 compute hours is enough headroom for 10 client workspaces running typical retainer automations, and 5 GB of storage holds lots of table rows and agent memory.
• Scale is for established agencies: 150 compute hours, 25 GB of state storage, 250 GB of outbound bandwidth, and unlimited seats and workspaces.

If you outgrow Scale, contact support before you hit the caps; we'd rather talk than have you hit a hard cap.
