Set up your agency on TaskJuice
Brand your account, isolate each client in its own workspace, invite your team, and route to the right agency setup task.
Where to start
Your agency runs on one Account. Inside it, each client gets its own Workspace, and your staff are teammates whose permissions carry into every workspace at once. You set the visual brand a single time and it applies everywhere a client looks: the sign-in page, the app, the client portal, and any public forms you publish.
You created the Account, its name and slug, your first colors, and your first workspace when you ran the setup wizard. The pages below pick up from there. If you have not run the wizard yet, start with Create your account.
A practical order for a new agency: finish your brand, create a workspace per client, then invite your team and your clients.
Agency setup pages
Upload your full logo, icon, and favicon set and tune all nine color tokens. The result renders across the app, the sign-in page, and the client portal.
Configure assets and colors at /settings/branding. See Brand the app, sign-in, and client
portal.
Each client engagement is one workspace, isolated from every other, with its own workflows and connections.
Name a workspace, give it a URL slug, and watch your per-plan workspace limit. See Set up one workspace per client.
Invite teammates as Admin or Member once for the whole account. Invite clients into a single workspace as the Client role.
Manage roles, cross-workspace access, and ownership transfer. See Invite your team and set roles.
Serve your account at a hostname you control and verify it with a DNS record.
Cap model spend before a call runs and get notified as you approach the limit.
Who can do what
Setup tasks are gated by account role. There is exactly one Owner per account, who alone can access billing, transfer ownership, and delete the account. Admins can manage branding, manage workspaces, and invite teammates and clients, but cannot touch billing or ownership. Members can build workflows and connections but cannot manage branding, workspaces, or invites. Ownership only moves by transferring it to an existing Admin; you cannot invite a second Owner.
Anyone who holds an account role cannot also be a client on the same account, and the reverse holds too. Clients only ever reach their own workspace through the portal, never the agency dashboard or your other clients.
