See runs across all your clients
Use the agency Runs page to find failed runs and runs waiting for approval in every client workspace, without opening each one.
Each client workspace has its own run list. The agency Runs page puts all of them in one table, so you can spot a failed run or a run waiting for approval for any client from one place, then open it.
When to use this
Use the agency Runs page when you want to:
- Check every client for failed runs at the start of the day.
- Find the runs waiting for someone to approve them, across clients.
- Look up a run when you know the workflow but not which client it ran for.
If you are already working inside one client's workspace, that workspace's own run list shows the same runs for that client alone. See Find and filter workflow runs.
Open the page
Switch to your agency (not a client workspace), then select Runs in the sidebar. The page is at /reports/runs. You can also open the command palette and type "runs", "failed" or "approvals".
Everyone on your team with an agency role (Owner, Admin or Member) can open the page and sees runs for every client. Clients cannot open it; they see their own runs in the client portal.
Read the table
Runs are listed newest activity first.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | The run's status. A run parked on an approval reads Waiting for approval. |
| Client | The client workspace the run belongs to. |
| Workflow | The workflow's name, with a one-line summary of where the run stands underneath. |
| Started | When the run started. |
| Last activity | When the run's most recent step last changed. This is the column the list is ordered by. |
| Took | How long the run took, or "In progress" while it is still going. |
| Steps | Steps completed out of the total, with counts of failed and skipped steps and the size of a batch. |
Select a row to open that run in its client's workspace. A run waiting for approval also shows a Review button, which opens the same page, where you approve or reject it.
Narrow the list
Pick a client
Open the All clients select and choose a client to see only that client's runs. Choose All clients to go back to every client.
Pick a status
Open the status select and choose Failed to see failed runs, or Waiting for approval to see runs someone needs to decide. The other options are Pending, Running, Paused, Completed and Cancelled.
Pick dates, or search
Choose a date range, or type a workflow name or a run id in the search box. More filters holds the less common ones, such as trigger type, model and cost.
Your choices are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view (for example, failed runs for one client) or send it to a teammate.
Use Next and Previous under the table to page through older runs, and the page-size control to show 10, 25, 50 or 100 runs at a time.
The number on Runs in the sidebar
The count next to Runs is how many approvals are waiting across all your clients. It leaves out approvals for runs you started yourself, because someone else has to decide those. Select Runs, choose the Waiting for approval status, and open each run to decide it.
The count updates when you reload the page, or when you come back to your agency from a client workspace (for example after deciding an approval on its run page). It does not change as you move between agency pages.
Troubleshooting
A filtered page is short or empty, but Next is still available. With a status filter on, the list checks a batch of recent runs at a time. When few of them match, a page can come back short. The line under the table reads "more may match on the next page". Select Next to keep looking, or pick a client or a date range to narrow the search.
The number on Runs does not match the Waiting for approval list. The number counts approvals you can decide; the list shows every run that is waiting, including ones you started.
A row shows a dash under Client and does not open. The run belongs to a client workspace that has since been deleted. Its run history stays in the list until it expires.
"This link points to a page that no longer exists". A bookmarked position in the list has expired. Select Show newest runs.
Limits
- The search box matches workflow names and run ids. It does not match client names; use the client select for that.
- The list is ordered by last activity only.
- The list does not update live while you watch it. Reload the page to be sure you are seeing the newest runs.
